Voter Turnout Strong In Clermont And Minneola
Voter turnout appeared to be quite strong today in locations within Clermont and Minneola. The voting process was very organized and moving voters through the process with minimal delay. Just in time for voting, the new Minneola City Hall (shown below) provided a long needed, more modernized facility for civic interactions. ![]() I met with Minneola's current City Council member (seat 2) Sue Cordova as she spoke with citizens regarding important issues addressing the future of Minneola and surrounding areas. Sue expressed deep concerns for the future of Minneola's growth & development as well as the importance of community involvement in the process.

Streamlined voting was accomplished with modern touch screen voting devices. Selection of candidates and voting for issues has never been easier. The new voting devices offered simple instructions for voters new to the electronic method of casting a vote.
